Although they fixed the front bumper, I was never compensated with a free service or anything. I believe that customer service or care can do much better than that! I always request big Anton for my services. Auto Services are great! Just work on customer care which is not there Department. I'm talking about upper management. It makes a difference

I actually was very impressed with Nissan not only were they able to figure out why My Nissan Sentra was making some weird sound when turning the wheel, they were able to pinpoint another issue that may start and cause concern. Over fifteen years ago had my nissan towed in for service. Was told it would cost about one thousand ,dollars to repair. Attempted to pass this information on to the service department. They said let us take care of it ma'am. They did, less than two hundred dollars. Fast forward to today, no one can figure out what's wrong with my car. Coming from PA to Security Nissan, the same quality service from the guy checking my car in, to the individual repairing my car and the cashier paying my bill. Awesome job everyone

Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable and friendly. The service was good - my brakes were way past due and they were able to recoat the rotors instead of making me replace them, which was awesome. I also hate that I even have to say this - unlike other dealerships I've been to before, where I was treated cith condescension because I am a woman, I was treated with equal respect to anyone else there. They made me feel like they're people I can trust.
I went to get service on a recall. I had the team service my car several times and they told me what they thought was wrong. Then Nissan did a recall and fixed it at no cost to me.

Grant it, I went in for a state inspection so I was there for hours, which was to be expected but I was there for the first time a few weeks ago and I will be going back anytime I need service ony vehicle. I stopped in yesterday as I was driving from Towson to Virginia Beach because I wasn’t comfortable how my Pathfinder was driving. I asked if someone would be able to take a look at the car and determine if it was safe for me to drive. Within minutes Mike was in my vehicle and quickly assessed the problem and was able to make a quick fix to correct the problem (lucky for me). I was on my way within 30 minutes and was able to continue my drive safely home without any problems!! Thank you so much for assisting someone from out of town, it meant the world to me!

Came in for an oil change and car system check. Even though it was after 12 pm I waited less than an hour and the service department staff was friendly and courtesy.
The service department always gets me in and out in a timely manner, even without an appointment! The waiting area is always clean, with plenty of seating.

I purchased a 2021 Nissan Rogue Platinum. Mike Cideno and his partner waited on me as usual. This is my forth purchase at this dealership starting with the Stanza, then Quest, then 2014 Rogue SL and now the Rogue Platinum. I have also bought my daughter a Sentra and my best friend bought a Sentra there last year. Mike has always been an officer of Nissan and a gentleman to his patrons. Mike and all the staff there are patient when explaining things and don’t make me feel rushed. Over the years buying a car there takes less time. Also the space is always clean and neat. The bathroom is always clean. I’m sure I’ll get my next car there.

William James of the service department here is OUTSTANDING!!! I was visiting my son from out of town when my engine light went off in my 2018 Nissan Frontier. Had it towed to Antwerpen. The computer code said it was a cylinder problem, and Antwerpen thought they had it fixed after a week. Unfortunately that was not the case and eventually it was determined that the engine needed to be replaced. William knew I was basically stranded in Baltimore (fortunately I could stay with my son) and stayed on top of getting my truck repaired. In the middle of a supply chain issue the parts were not readily coming, but William kept me informed at every step and oversaw the whole process. Fortunately for me, the engine was under warranty and I was able to stay with my son, so I did not experience out of pocket expenses. I had to get a car rental for the first 10 days which I expected would have been out of pocket, but William went to bat for me and had Nissan reimburse me for the rental. I was very pleased with the professionalism and also attention I received from William in these very very trying times. I give him a 10+ Highly recommend the service department at Antwerpen.
