“ I had been car shopping for several long weeks. This was an unproductive and frustrating time that involved visits to at least 7 dealerships. During these visits I was given erroneous information about car prices, trade in values, and financing. THEN....... I found Antwerpen Nissan Security. From the outset, they were very fair, helpful, and up front, in every category of purchasing our car. The sales manager, Mr. Scott S., was my initial contact with their dealership. He then introduced me to Mr. Rodney M. He showed us a number of vehicles l, which we test drove. Antwerpen cars were a good value and in our price range. Both of these gentlemen were about making a very reasonable and fair deal on our selected 2019 Nissan Rogue. Unlike other dealerships, there were no games in dealing with them. From the outset, Scott and Rodney, were very fair and straight forward with us. This included their car’s marked down sales price, elevated trade in value on our car, and financing. Subsequently I would highly recommend this dealership, and two gentlemen, to both family and friends ! PS: We’ve had our Nissan Rogue for over three weeks and love it ! “ I came here with my Nissan Altima and they let someone else who I didn't approve drive the car and got into an accident. Although they fixed the front bumper, I was never compensated with a free service or anything. I believe that customer service or care can do much better than that! I always request big Anton for my services. Auto Services are great! Just work on customer care which is not there Department. I'm talking about upper management. It makes a difference ”

I have a service contract so my oil change and tire rotation didn't cost me anything, however I was told the price and I was pleasantly surprised. The price was very reasonable. Drop off was quick and efficient and it didn't take long for the service to be done. My overall experience was fantastic. I would happily come back again and I highly recommend. ”
